Frequently asked questions before the first conversation
What prospects most frequently want to know before reaching out. If your question is not listed, ask us directly.
How does the initial consultation work?
Thirty minutes by video or phone, free of charge and with no obligation. You describe the starting situation, we ask follow-up questions and tell you what we think the next sensible step would be. No pitch, no presentation. You can book directly in the calendar on this page.
Will I already receive a price quote during the initial consultation?
A ballpark estimate, yes; an exact figure to the dollar, no. What a collaboration costs depends on how much production is involved, whether an existing system is being repaired or a new one is being built, and how many channels need to run. Following our conversation, you will receive a written estimate within 48 hours.
How quickly can initial results be seen?
Content and ads deliver initial data after a few weeks — enough to see which formats are working. Reliable statements about inquiries and cost per inquiry usually take three months, because before that, there are simply too few data points. Anyone who promises you results in two weeks is counting on reach, not on inquiries.
Is there a minimum contract term?
This depends on the program and will be clearly specified before we work together, not in the fine print. The reason for longer periods is content-related: a marketing system needs start-up time before we can assess whether it is working. We will clarify what this means in your case during the initial consultation.
What should I bring to the interview?
Nothing prepared. It is helpful if you can tell us how many inquiries you currently receive per month, where they come from, and what you have tried so far. Numbers are welcome, but not a requirement — many conversations start with the fact that nobody knows these exact numbers. That too is a finding.
We are already working with an agency — is it worth having a chat?
If you are satisfied: no. If you cannot say what collaborating on inquiries brings: yes. In this case, the assessment itself is often the value of the conversation, regardless of whether we work together afterward.
