You'll recognize this if…
Inquiries, but not the right ones
The inbox fills with price questions from people who were never going to book. Every one of them costs your team a reply, and none of them make it to a consultation. That happens when the marketing never says who it's for – so everyone responds, and the wrong ones respond loudest.
Competitors look bigger
Larger clinics with weaker outcomes dominate the feed because they publish and you don't. Patients can't judge surgical skill from the outside; they judge what they can see. Absence reads as absence of authority, no matter how good the work is.
No time for content
Your calendar is packed. Nobody in the clinic has three hours a week to plan, film, and edit, and the attempts that do happen fizzle out after a month. Consistency is what fails, not willingness.
Advertising rules are unclear
Before-and-after images are restricted for surgical procedures, testimonials are limited, and outcome promises are prohibited. Most clinics respond by publishing nothing at all – which hands the field to whoever's willing to push the limits. There's more room within the rules than the cautious ones use.
What we build

Plastic surgery marketing agency work
Content that answers what patients are afraid to ask, ads that reach them at the right moment, and a consultation booking flow that doesn't lose them at the last step.
Trust before price
Nobody books a surgical procedure off a single ad. The decision takes weeks and runs through questions people won't ask out loud: what does recovery look like, how much does it hurt, what if I regret it. Content that answers those honestly does more for bookings than any discount. The surgeon on camera, explaining calmly, is the strongest asset a clinic has.

Marketing within the rules
Werbeeinschränkungen sind der Grund, warum die meisten Kliniken überhaupt nichts veröffentlichen. Sie sind auch der Grund, warum diejenigen, die gut veröffentlichen, aus der Masse herausstechen.
What’s restricted
Before-and-after imagery, patient testimonials, and outcome claims are limited for surgical procedures. In Germany, that is pharmaceutical advertising law; in the UAE, health facility advertising requires approval. The specifics differ by market and by procedure.
What we build instead
The surgeon on camera, explaining the procedure. The questions patients ask in consultation, answered honestly. Recovery, realistic expectations, the team, the day of surgery. None of it needs a before-and-after to work, and it reaches patients earlier in the decision, while they’re still choosing whether to book at all.
How we keep it clean
Every piece is checked against the rules of your market before it publishes, and nothing goes out without your sign-off. If a format we suggest wouldn’t clear, we say so before it’s filmed, not after.

FORUM Clinic, Cologne
A private surgical clinic in Cologne with a strong reputation among colleagues and almost nothing to show for it online. Reach existed; bookings didn't. We rebuilt the positioning around the procedures the clinic is actually known for, produced a content library on site with the actual team, and put a short funnel behind it. The same structure now runs for clinics in the UAE – advertising rules differ, the method doesn't.

How we work
What the first 90 days look like
From kickoff to a publishing rhythm that runs on its own.
Weeks 1–2
Discovery & Audit
We take apart your positioning and your current output, and agree on the formats before anything gets filmed.
Weeks 3–4
Architecture & Strategy
Formats, shooting rhythm and publishing plan are set. Shoot day gets scheduled and prepared.
Week 4
First shoot day
One day on location produces around thirty pieces. You’re on camera for a few hours; everything after that is on us.
Month 2
Publishing and ads go live
Content runs on a fixed rhythm, paid campaigns start, the booking path goes live.
Month 3 onwards
Performance & Scale
Monthly reporting on reach, saves, profile visits, and inquiries. What works gets more budget; what doesn’t gets cut.
