Does this sound familiar?
Inquiries – but not the right ones
The inbox fills up with price inquiries from people who never intended to book. Each one costs your team a reply, but none of them turn into a consultation. That's what happens when your marketing never specifies who it's for—everyone reaches out, and the wrong ones are the loudest.
Competitors seem bigger
Larger clinics with weaker results dominate the feed because they publish and you don't. Patients can't judge surgical skill from the outside—they judge what they see. Invisibility is interpreted as a lack of authority, no matter how good the work is.
No Time for Content
Your calendar is the surgery schedule. Nobody at the clinic has three hours a week to plan, shoot, and edit—and any attempts that are made fizzle out after a month. What's missing is consistency, not the will.
Unclear Advertising Rules
Before-and-after photos are restricted for surgical procedures, patient testimonials are limited, and promises of success are prohibited. Most clinics respond by publishing nothing at all—leaving the field to those who push the boundaries. Yet within the rules, there is far more leeway than the cautious ones actually use.
What we build

Practice Marketing for Plastic Surgery: Our Work
Content that answers what patients don't dare to ask. Ads that reach them at just the right moment. And an inquiry funnel that doesn't lose them at the final step.
Trust over price
Nobody books a surgical procedure because of a single ad. The decision takes weeks and revolves around questions no one asks out loud: What does recovery look like? How much does it hurt? What if I regret it? Content that answers these honestly drives more bookings than any discount. A surgeon on camera calmly explaining the process is a clinic's strongest asset.

Marketing within the rules
Advertising restrictions are the reason why most clinics don't publish anything at all. They are also the reason why those who do it well stand out.
What is restricted
Before-and-after photos, patient testimonials, and claims of success are restricted for surgical procedures. In Germany, this is regulated by the Therapeutic Products Advertising Act (Section 11 HWG), as well as professional codes of conduct and the Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG). The specific details vary depending on the procedure.
What we are building instead
The surgeon in front of the camera, explaining the procedure. The questions from the consultation, answered honestly. The recovery process, realistic expectations, the team, the day of surgery. None of this needs a before-and-after picture—and it reaches patients earlier in the decision-making process, while they are still wondering whether they should even reach out.
How we keep it clean
Every piece is checked for compliance with the German Advertising Standards Act for Healthcare and professional regulations before publication, and nothing goes out without your approval. If a format we propose wouldn't pass, we'll let you know before the shoot—not after.

FORUM Clinic, Cologne
A private clinic in Cologne with an excellent reputation among peers—yet almost nothing online to show for it. They had reach, but no bookings. We built their positioning around the exact procedures the clinic is truly known for, produced a content library on-site with the actual team, and set up a streamlined funnel behind it. Today, that exact same framework is running for other clinics and specialized practices.

How we work
Here's what the first 90 days look like
From kickoff to a publishing rhythm that runs on autopilot.
Week 1–2
Discovery & Audit
We break down your positioning and past output to define the formats before anything is filmed.
Week 3–4
Architecture & Strategy
Formats, shooting schedule, and release plan are set. The shoot day is scheduled and prepared.
Week 4
First day of shooting
A single day on site produces around thirty posts. You spend a couple of hours in front of the camera; we take care of everything after that.
Month 2
Publication and ads go live
Content runs on a regular schedule, paid campaigns launch, and the inquiry funnel goes live.
Starting from month 3
Performance & Scaling
Monthly reporting on reach, saves, profile views, and inquiries. What works gets more budget; what doesn't gets cut.
